They send completely trash and ask you to fix it instead of a simple refund! ### 1/5 — Mauvaise qualité chinoise *2025-08-04, version 3.0.2* Emballé par la table basse qui se transforme en table, très déçu du produit reçu puisque la plupart des trous ne sont pas pré percés donc ça prends des heures à monter (j’estime à 4/5 heures si vous êtes seul comme moi) et souvent pas la place de mettre la perceuse, produit qui casse lors du montage (vis trop longue) et trou mal alignés (donc pas possible de mettre toutes les vis). Ce n’est qu’après que je suis tombé sur le même produit sur un célèbre site Chinois, évidemment à beaucoup moins cher. Ce n’est déjà pas évident d’être un parent isolé, c’est encore plus compliqué quand vous dépensez de l’argent pour un produit de mauvaise qualité (évidemment le service client a toujours un bug donc impossible de faire une réclamation). I ordered a piece of furniture that arrived broken, and since then, it’s been an absolute nightmare. Despite six repeated requests over the course of two weeks to receive a return label, I never got anything. The customer service is nonexistent, if not outright disrespectful. It’s impossible to get a refund or even a concrete solution. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. They take your money and then disappear without taking any responsibility. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. Save yourself time, money, and a lot of frustration. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2024-06-17, version 3.0.0* I ordered $6700 in furniture. After I made the purchase, I saw some reviews that said they were scammed and that the company buys reviews. This company is out of China. They have 40+ complaints on the Better Business Bureau. I submitted a request for a refund before my order said that it had been shipped and I’ve been getting the run around since then. They make it impossible to talk to anybody and keep sending messages that say it’s above their level of authority to issue a refund.
