## What is Home account?

BeiT' solution enable tenants to save up to 30% on their utility bills (electricity, gas, water, heating, A/C) through real-time energy tracking, monitoring and optimization tools.
Our mobile application is a utility monitoring tool that analyses tenants' consumption and gives them real-time access to this information in energy and monetary units.  By being fully aware of their expenses, they will change their usage behaviour in a sustainable way. The application also provides a platform to communicate with their facility managers and have an overview about the financial balance of their housing costs.
