毎月安くはない金額を払っているサービスで、ここまでアップデートがされないアプリも珍しい。
iPhoneの画面の大きさが変わったのにも対応していないので、いまだに上下に黒い部分があるし。
一度顧客にしたら後はどうでもいいですか？

Apple Watchに対応をお願いします！
アルソックは何年か前に導入し、最近、子どもが操作できるようになったので、アプリを入れました。
仕事中に、携帯が触れないので、Apple Watchに対応していないのは、とても不便です。
バージョン更新も止まっているようですし、対応をお願いします！！！！！

毎日の事で不便極まりないので他社を検討中。

何年も前から沢山の方が要望されていますが、UIが古くログインにtouch IDやface ID未対応です。Apple watch対応もありません。
こちらのアップデートは放置のまま新しくHome ALSOK 2アプリが出ていますがログインできず。
毎月契約料払っているにも関わらず既存ユーザーは切り捨てでしょうか。

UIを始めとし、何もかもが一昔前のものです。
使い勝手が悪すぎますので、どうかそろそろアップデートをお願いいたします。

上記ご検討よろしくお願いいたします。

もし今後も改善する気がないのであれば、それを教えてください。さすがにそろそろアップデートがあるのではと期待してしまいますので。

HOME ALSOK Ⅱに統合されれば解決しますが、とにかくUIがダサい。はやくⅡが使えるようにしてください。前から使っているユーザーを蔑ろにする企業姿勢を疑います。まだ契約していない人には他社サービスをお勧めします。

このUIのまま公開し続けていることに疑問を覚えます。
企業の印象としてよくないと思いますので、UIを改善するべきかと思います。
いちいちパスワードを手入力させられる仕様に驚きました。Web版を使用したほうが便利ですね。
