The app stopped working after the last update unable to get information from any bank representative or the app developer will be changing banks soon

As described by the title, I am unable to use the card app whatsoever. This occurred after my card expired (which has yet to be delivered to me and my card has been expired for 2 weeks now), and reinstalling the app hasn’t fixed anything. Definitely switching banks because of all of the aforementioned problems and lack of assistance to fix any of it.
