A 2nd showing should only mean the same original client that the agent brought. The seller is looking for the potential that a contract may result from a second showing. Your so so definition of this (second showing) terminalogy only boost the agent and is not of a seller’s interest looking for a contract to sell. That worked, but looking at them and being able to see them as scheduled Tours or past scheduled so you could review them you could not see a thing.
