### 1/5 — Fraud of a Company, Cheats

This company is operating as the biggest Fraud and just scamming the customers. I ordered 5 furniture items from them on 7th July and was given a Delivery Date of 25th July. Nothing got delivered yet. Since that date, I have been following up with them and they keep givin assurances that it will get delivered tomorrow / day after, and then nothing gets delivered. Sometimes they said that items got damaged hence they won't be able to deliver and next day they themselves call and say that all items will get delivered next day. But obviously that also was a lie. If you want any hope to get what you ordered, stay away from HomeCentre. Horrible, lying, cheats they are. Pathetic customer service and zero accountability.

I placed a order of some bowls and figurines, the bowl which i received was broken . I lodged a complaint and waited for 48 hours but no response from them nor they bother to contact you. Second thing figurine was stuck for pickup at starting point and delivery date crossed still customer team dont bother to track that and its stuck and though after multiple complaint no one checks that and get back. Horrible service from online portal i must say. Think 100 times before placing order from their application else you can get stuck in loop where you will not get any help

If I have an option I would give 0 rating worst experience no tracking no delivery message and if the parts are missing they that more than 1 week for a screw and total they take months to fix a shoe rack still I’m not sure if it will be fix , and there is no return/exchange option in app , only till payment it gives realtime data after that they don’t care ,worst customer care Center experience I have been continuously raising complaint for each step as there is no communication ,and when you call the customer care the lady is laughing at my situation and zero resolution please don’t buy and make a mistake like me

Never ever buy any kind of furniture from home centre online, firstly placing order was an issue and then when it got ordered, the delivery date was after 12 days and then when I called them on the delivery day they told me it will take more 12 days? After me calling them they are saying they will take more 10-12 days for a bed to get delivered. Like are you guys kidding me??? And all the Customer service is saying is that they are sorry and cannot do anything about it!! I am calling the customer service team to them saying sorry???
And since before placing the order I have been in contact with them through call & email and still they couldn’t tell me about the delay beforehand.
Now they won’t even give me my refund on time that’s for sure. But WTH man, this is not fair and especially from a brand like home centre. Not expected.

I have had the worst experience purchasing a furniture. I placed order on 13th Oct selecting delivery date of 17th Oct. They changed the delivery date to 24th Oct without even informing me. I was okay with it since it was just a week away. Now the delivery date is changed to 1st Nov again without informing me or giving me any reason why there’s delay. Contacting thru their customer care also didn’t help. When I ask to cancel, now they say they will only refund product amount and then i hv to email them after a week again to get the shipping amount refunded. They have not even shipped the product, so i don’t understand why i have to keep contacting them. Worst experience. I won’t place any order from home center app any more.

I ordered a dining table from Homecentre on 7th October 2025, with delivery promised on 14th October. Since then, it has been nothing but disappointment.
First, the delivery date was postponed to 21st October, with zero communication from Homecentre. On 21st October, it was delayed yet again to 4th November, and still no update or explanation.
The order shows as “packed” since 11th October, which means I cannot even cancel it. I called customer care multiple times and all I heard was “sorry” and excuses. Only after repeatedly insisting did they register a complaint ticket. The next day when I followed up, they again had no proper reason and kept apologizing without any solution.
Worst service ever. Totally unprofessional.

I have made multiple purchases here in recent months. They have a policy of adding shipping charges which I understand for furniture but smaller items not only they charge shipping and platform fee, but do not refund it in case of cancellations. I have never experienced such partial refund policy with any other Brand. Another thing I noticed is of you leave an honest review pointing out misinformation in their product page (it is important for large items to highlight correct details like beds etc which are not returnable), they just reject it and not publish on the app. Really disappointed in past 6 months by Brand I used to love.

I have placed an order for 4 furniture items and there was no status update on the delivery. The app specified on a certain date and I trusted it and finally when I didn’t get my order I called the call centre a couple of times and they were unsure when my products could be delivered. They take bookings and full payment and not deliver the items. It’s almost 3 weeks and I still don’t have clarity on where my furniture is and not did the team refund my amount. Be careful in ordering from this app. Seems like a scam!

Extremely poor app I compared to the competition available in the market .. I placed an order and immediately next day decided to cancel as the same product was available at a lesser price on other apps .. the moment is pressed cancelled they changed the status to shipped and said cannot be cancelled now .. last one week the order status is shipped only and I am yet to receive any information on the delivery.. don’t buy from here .. you will get similar products on other apps at a lower price with cancellation and refund option

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from Home Centre regarding my order for a basic curtain. Despite placing the order, I have yet to receive any update on the delivery status, except for a notification stating that the issue has been escalated to the logistics team. 

 Unfortunately, there has been no further response or resolution, leaving me with no choice but to reach out to your customer care team. However, I was shocked to discover that I was not allowed to provide any details of my order, which I find pathetic and unhelpful. 

 It has been nearly a month since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive any assistance from your customer care team. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that I was not even informed when the stock was cancelled due to technical issues. It was only when I called your team that I was made aware of this. I expect a higher level of service from Home Centre, especially when it comes to basic orders like curtains.
