After purchasing my items, they kept changing the delivery date without any consultation or notification. Each time I followed up, I received different excuses and even false promises just to delay the process. It has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received a proper or confirmed delivery date. They make everything sound smooth before you buy, but once payment is done, the reality is either you cancel your order or wait endlessly for weeks. Their follow-up is terrible, their communication is inconsistent, and they clearly do not respect their customers’ time or trust. I do not recommend Home Centre at all — this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. ### 2/5 — DELIVERY DELAYED *2025-10-10, version 10.37.2* We ordered our tv table unit prior to one week ago and today was the scheduled delivery between 3pm to 7pm and we clearly informed them that we need to go work by 4:30pm so we requested to deliver it fast. But they didn’t come until 7pm and called us to update that they will deliver at 7:30pm which is considered very late and didn’t prioritize our request. Again that was a lie too as they didn’t come 7:30pm lol. I don’t know what kind of customer service is that. And they charged 150 for a good delivery and fixation. I ordered beautiful tables from their showroom, but upon installation, we noticed defects in the mirrors. Despite the installation technician documenting these issues, customer service did not respond to my complaints. The after-sales service is extremely poor, and I have not received any satisfactory resolution. The first time, I ordered a brown rug, but you sent it in white. I returned it, and you refunded the amount to my Shukran wallet. I ordered it again a second time in brown and paid from my Shukran wallet. I even confirmed with customer service that the color is brown, and the delivery person also told me over the phone that the rug is brown. But when it arrived, it was the same mistake again — the color is white, just like the first time!
