The first time they were able to send someone in the afternoon which wasn’t ideal as I planned my morning around it but it was better than the second time where no one came and they didn’t send anyone. I reached out for assistance and they sent a templated response with a generic discount. After the first time - fair. But after the second time this occurred I would have expected better customer support; especially for someone who has used the platform for a year. He turned up with one dish sponge, one spray bottle. I asked him to clean 2 small bathrooms and the kitchen if he had time. After one hour had passed I got concerned he was still in the small bathroom, went in and found all he had done was make the glass in the bathroom dirtier with the sponge and wrong type of product. He did the same in the upstairs bathroom and also left it dirtier than it was when he arrived. I have been trying to get hold of a person at wecasa since, and have only been able to get hold of AI bots. The complaint I raised got an automated email back offering a £15 voucher. This is completely unacceptable and I am so upset - I paid for a service, with my hard earned money, not only was it not completed but house was made worse and I had to spend 2 hours cleaning up after him and the app has the cheek to offer me a £15 voucher for the £50 I spent?!
