I paid for VIP and there are no games for me to play without replaying the ones I’ve already completed. With the exception of rare master games, there have been no updates in over a year. I liked and followed on Facebook and updated my game in the app. ### 3/5 — Game issues *2023-04-23, version 12.44* I really enjoyed the game but sometimes I play and an email envelope and emergency response comes up and then I have to uninstall and reinstall and I can reset or play my old one I accidentally hit the wrong one and hit reset. ### 3/5 — Metajoy Support *2023-02-28, version 12.42* I’ve been playing this “game / puzzle” for a couple of years or so and just love it. I recently renewed my annual vip package using my iphone; but the package didn’t transfer to my ipad when I logged in. When I contacted metajoy to help me resolve this issue, i got the message that “this is not a live chat”. It takes HOURS and HOURS to get a response. Finally when I did, I responded back………it took hours and hours upon hours for them to reply. I,m still waiting. VERY FRUSTRATING; especially since I’m a paying customer. ### 2/5 — I love this app but need more games! *2023-02-27, version 12.42* I’ve done all of the games, without paying for VIP. Supposedly a new master pack was released, I updated and still no new master pack. And even if it’s there, I can’t earn more tickets to play it without paying, if there aren’t new levels to play. ### 2/5 — No more games *2022-12-12, version 12.37* I’ve had this game for a while & enjoy playing it. However, I’ve completed every puzzle except for VIP a long time ago. And I was told several months ago that new puzzles will release soon. The only new puzzles have been for master pass, which you can’t do without tickets. You can’t earn tickets without levels to complete or buying them. And then recently I was told no new puzzles will be released any time soon. So unless I want to pay for VIP, this game is worthless to me. ### 4/5 — Great game too many ads *2022-11-04, version 12.36* I always loved to do this type of puzzle using pen and paper. It’s enhanced by doing it on a screen, now we can have colour too. I really love the imagination of the game creators. So many neat puzzles to do. They’re logic puzzles where you colour the squares in a certain pattern, according to the clues. However I took a star off because of the massive number of ads. There’s an ad when you start playing a puzzle, and an ad at the end. Plus you can get free currency daily, but it’s geared towards watching as many ads as they can force you to. The “double” button is big and bright and appears around ten seconds before the “claim” button which is not even a button it’s just plain black text. A child playing would have no chance to resist. Worst of all, when you click on the “claim” button, another ad-watching button appears right under your finger. So if you missed the first watch ad to double button, you’re almost guaranteed not to miss the second one. And clicking on the “claim” text should mean you don’t watch an ad, but this is not often the case. I used to play this app last year, then I stopped because my phone ran out of space and it was auto-offloaded. The amount of ads then compared with the amount now, it’s gone crazy, they’re now so intrusive it’s hard to even play the game. Ironically one of the ads is for a game called “Kings Quest” and one of the selling points of that game is it has no ads. I was thinking about taking off another point because you just can’t close so many of the ads, they have no close box, but on second thoughts I think that should be under the same Star I got rid of earlier, and I still think it’s a really great game that deserves at least 4 stars, just please reduce the ads by half, and learn that no doesn’t mean yes. If someone doesn’t click “watch an ad to double reward” they’re not consenting to watch an ad, so ethically you would not play them one. Also a few issues with contrast, especially on the coloured games. I have a small screen, and I’m finding it really hard to see the numbers at times, because there’s not enough contrast between the colour and the number inside the coloured box. Look up web accessibility guidelines and web design ethics, yes I’m studying this right now. Some of the colours are pretty hard to tell apart too, especially when you’ve used white text on one colour, and black text on the similar colour. It’s a well known optical illusion that a different colour of text can make the background appear lighter or darker. ### 4/5 — バグ？？ *2022-10-16* いつも楽しく遊んでいます。 ですが、商店街　通り　の下から３番目、右から３番目のステージを開こうとすると真っ暗な画面のまま固まってしまいます。 修正していただけると助かります。 ### 3/5 — What happened in the latest update?! *2022-10-14, version 12.36* Loved this game and was 4.5 stars in my book. Now though it is playing ads in the middle of a game. This is not necessary in a puzzle game. I wouldn’t mind if it was a banner but this covers the whole screen so I lose track of where I am. It was every 20 secs at one point. Also the figgerit game ad keeps crashing the game out so I get a blank screen and no close button. If you can’t play the game what point are the ads? ### 4/5 — Horrified by adverts shown *2022-09-25, version 12.35* I really like this app and have played it for a long time, but I can’t stand idly by and accept the adverts that are being shown between games. There is a phase of adverts for matching apps, solitaire apps or even a jigsaw app where a woman is thrown out of her home, walks through the snow (with baby, orphans found on the street or a pet) and needs to do whatever to get warm, a window or a roof. Why always a woman? Why so many apps with the same storyline and now WHY have they upped the misogyny with the woman being slapped? Who do you think your players are? Even with a paid subscription, which I have, it is impossible to get tickets so I can no longer play. Contacted the company but they were not very helpful and did not seem to care that a paying customer could no longer play. I like to play on iPad in landscape. I online a lot and often have the device plugged in… not good for portrait mode. It blinks. Makes my eyes feel like crossing. Instead of blink and light blue for complete rows… just X them or gray them… and no blink. Don’t position Xs and leave them blinking. Don’t want to think about the potential on large hard puzzles. I beat all of the levels (except locked holiday packs I had missed) a couple years ago. With no way to really earn coins, I couldn’t buy Master Tickets. I finally broke down and uninstalled the game… then reinstalled. I was placed in the tutorial as I had hoped. When I beat the level, I was prompted for the cloud/local save and shoot. I thought my plan was ruined. But nope. It didn’t load any of the saves and I’ve been able to restart the entire game. And I subscribe at the lowest tier (as I had in the past). Are the holiday packs going to be unlocked? Even before the restart, no packs became available during holiday events. I’ve gone onto the Facebook page, I’ve even posted the question on how to unlock the games, but there’s no information there and no one bothers to answer my question. I have no games left to play except the Facebook ones, so am at a stalemate! Please tell me how I can play the Facebook games? Thanks for sending me the link finally. Shame it took so long. Yes the link worked. I don’t understand why the only way I could access the Facebook games was for you to send me a link. Shouldn’t they be accessible from the game? I had another app like this where I spent $5 and went through it in 10 minutes because they increased the energy costs for each level!! It would go from 8 energy to 45 so if you bought 500 energy you know that would go really quickly with that spike! Just wanted to say I’m glad this app doesn’t do that because it’s scammy and I need to try to remember that that app is called and warn people. I do pay the yearly subscription to avoid adds since I play it so much. I have only had a problem once with the game. Also, they keep updating and adding to the game with new events and levels all the time. Even though I have played it so much, there are still more levels and areas for me to play.
