Homekit runs on my local network, why do I need to register for another service to use it via this app? Probably selling your data or something. No thanks

Don’t want to install another app to ask a question.   If it would connect, it might be worth something.  Willing to revise my review if I could get some help.

First thing this app wants is my email address. I don’t know why it requires me to confirm my email address to use an app that’s never going to connect to a server outside of my home network… Unless for some reason it IS going to connect to a server outside my home network without me knowing. No thank you.

Plus one star because the UI looks nice. But it didn’t really work, I tried to turn lights on and off with that work from within Home Assistant and nothing happened.

The app is a good idea. However, it’s buggy! After creating a room with all the buttons I wanted for my lights, a beige screen comes up and covers them up (on my iPad and Kindle Fire tablets) The only way to get rid of it is keep restarting the app. This keeps happening every time I use the app. 

On the positive side, the automation wizard is excellent and abstracts lots of the technical details of Home Assistant and keeps you from making mistakes. That’s why the 2nd star. 

If the beige screen issue gets resolved, this app would’ve been 5 stars. I hope you guys solve this problem.

Amazing support I talked the developer, to help me out and he tried and did. So I highly recommend you get this app for hassio I’m 12 and I have set this up by myself, so that says it is easy to use and set up. Best app for hassio and home assistant for iOS.
