I ordered on 10 July . No idea where is the order. In app it is showing that multiple attempts done for delivery .No delivery attempted yet. Really bad team and service . The wrong item was delivered, and instead of quickly resolving the issue, the exchange process has been slow and frustrating. Customer service has been unhelpful, communication has been poor, and I have had to spend my own time following up on a mistake that was not mine. A company should take responsibility when they deliver the wrong product and ensure a smooth resolution for the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I did not like the quality of the product. It was too thick and felt like a rug. I raised so many requests to return it but their customer service didn’t pay any heed. What is the point of buying from an online store if you cannot return it in case of any issue. They rudely turned down all my requests without even understanding my issue. Just good looking photos bad products. Avoid. Shared the video recording, items are packed, unused in original packaging. Also the segments in lunchbox were not leakproof and everything was getting spilled even after closing the box.
