They continue to provide great customer service no matter if I go to the bank in East Knoxville or West Knoxville. The kind greeting, great customer service and the willing to assist the customers in any way possibly. Home Federal could share some that great training with some of our other banks in Knoxville. I have accounts at other banks but the customer service does not compare to Home Federal Bank. Thank You to all the Staff from Corporate Staff to the Tellers job well done! L. After a couple of days of this, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. After launching it, now gives me another error. Loading failed. It does what you can already do online. When all the other banks in town moved online, HF dragged their feet. When they did finally go online, it was like the developers were stuck 10 years behind their counterparts. Take something simple like full-screen, landscape-mode capabilities on the iPad. Nope. Not supported. Or creating your own user ID. Nope, gotta use the one issued by the bank. This bank touts their conservatism as a benefit, but it’s really not when it comes to their online offering. As others have said in other reviews, the app doesn’t bring anything new to the game that you can’t do through your web browser.
