### 4/5 — Great

*2023-05-06, version 2020.1.0*

Great scoring app. Doesn’t look like it’s been supported for a while. Wish you could upload rosters.

### 4/5 — Great App!

*2023-01-22, version 2020.1.0*

I have been using this to score Strat-O-Matic games. Works very well. I wish there was a way to enter historical game dates. I am replaying 1975 season. Unless I have missed something, I can’t enter a date such as 05/01/1975.

### 3/5 — Pitchers?

*2020-08-16*

Why not have the classic scorecard look? Adding pitchers is difficult. Fairly user friendly

**Developer response:** We thought that the scorecards were exactly the classic look! Please reach out via the Send Feedback link under Settings with your thoughts about adding pitchers.

### 3/5 — Ok if it’s a routine game

*2019-08-01, version 2017.1.0*

Tried to use it recently when scoring an MLB game and in the first game I scored there were no issues, it was a pretty routine game. Double switches are clunky to do in the app and it looks incorrect on the printed scorecard. Plays were an error occurs are also difficult to score in the app. Just an OK app be prepared for lots of frustration.

### 4/5 — Need some improvements

*2019-05-03, version 2017.1.0*

I really like this app but may I make some suggestions?

1. Should be able to go back to previous innings to make corrections (ie. Error changed to hit)

2. Should be able to score a force out differently from a FC. Sometimes a Force is not a fielder’s choice.

### 3/5 — Usable, but needs more options

*2019-04-13, version 2017.1.0*

I have used the app for several years but there are 2 glaring problems for Little League. If you play in a league that allows a coach to play standard 9, or 10 with extra hitter, or bat all and put any 9 in the field...good luck. You must tell the app in advance how many players BOTH teams will be using. If they have 12, and you have 10, you will have 2 ghost batters in your order that you must advance past each time that they come due. If you have a 5 run rule...good luck. Very glitchy to end the inning when that run scores....sometimes the next inning will lead with the batter that got the 5th run in, other times it will be the proper batter, (God help you if it is the aforementioned ghost batter). Further complicating this is my league allows unlimited runs in a teams last at-bat. A simple addition to the “other play” tab would be “end 1/2 inning x run rule”.

### 3/5 — iPads in the future?

*2018-10-01, version 2017.1.0*

A good app but wish it worked for iPads.

### 5/5 — The real deal!

*2018-03-29, version 2017.1.0*

Going to actual games, I still lug my trusty score book and pencil along, but this app could convince me to ditch it—the app is the real deal. It’s easy to figure out, intuitive to use, and delivers me an impressive recap at the end of my game scoring. Also, customer service is super responsive, and delivered exactly what I needed when I asked for it. Excellent app, well deserving of five stars.

### 4/5 — App keeps crashing each time I press “Play Ball”

*2017-09-19, version 2017.1.0*

It’s a really good app other than this. My app keeps Crashing each time I do this and it’s very annoying, especially when I set the lineups only to have it all get erased when it crashes. Please fix soon! Thank you

### 5/5 — Home Run!

*2017-06-08, version 2015.1.0*

I had been showing up to the kids' games and just sitting there watching. One day, on a whim, I thought I'd try scoring them. This was the first application I grabbed and I found its interface very easy to intuit and was able to accurately score a game within minutes. Because I only know our kids and none of the others (on either team), I could not get in front of the game and enter the lineup before the start of the game. However, I was able to add players on-the-fly and modify the data as I was able to gather the information.

### 5/5 — Great Paper Replacement

*2017-04-02, version 2015.1.0*

I'm what you could call an old time baseball fan. My favorite pastime is scoring baseball games and I've been looking for a good app to replace my paper scorecards for simplicity. After years of searching I've found it. Great app.

### 5/5 — Great App for doing The Book

*2016-10-15, version 2015.1.0*

So easy to do the book, whether it is on TV or at the field. Once you have all the rosters set it is a breeze. Just wish they would have updated MLB rosters but not a big deal! Love it!

### 3/5 — Good not Great

*2016-09-14, version 2015.1.0*

I really wanted to love this app, especially after paying $6 for it. For that price I expect an app to be top billing. I would also expect that there would have been more product updates. Last update for this App was back in May 2015. What's taking the developers so long to release new features? Key features missing are: ability to delete a player from a team; can't view stats by player over the course of the season (can only see game stats); lots of clicks to create leagues, teams, players, etc. It does generate nice looking Game Logs, Box Score and Scorecard files for completed games, but we want more for our investment. I did log a ticket with their support team and they got back to me quickly, so I know they are monitoring things, just not releasing new features.

### 5/5 — Almost perfect!

*2016-08-10, version 2015.1.0*

I love this app, it is super simple to use, user friendly, and works like a charm! The only thing that keeps this app from being perfect is there is no way to delete players/teams and stuff like that. If the developers are reading this, please fix those things and this is the best scorekeeping app out there!

### 3/5 — Useful but there is room for Improvement

*2016-07-08, version 2015.1.0*

I have found this app to be very useful in scoring baseball games. It is for the most part very intuitive. I have found a few glitches however. On several occasions the app has change the lineup (specifically with the starting pitcher is concerned). In those cases I've had to sub in the starter. Also, I have found that it has difficulty with some of the more unusual plays (And example of this is the strike him out thrown out where the catcher dropped the ball on the third strike and has to throw to first). Another issue is when a player advances on an error in the same play (such as a batter singles advances to second on the throwing error). The program doesn't seem to allow for this somewhat common play. Also, since I use it to score MLB games where players switch teams it will be helpful to be able to edit the roster by being able to add and delete players. Again, this program doesn't allow for this.

### 1/5 — Save your money

*2017-04-12, version 2015.1.0*

Far too complicated to be used practically at the park. Save your money to buy a physical scorebook and keep score the old fashioned way. Much easier and much more fun!

### 1/5 — Not working

*2014-03-12, version 2013.2.2*

Cannot adjust number of batters and fielders. I wanted to use this to score my little league team.

I want a refund!!

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2014-02-27, version 2013.2.2*

Kept crashing. Doesn't allow to go back and see previous innings. Demanding money back!

### 1/5 — There are better options

*2013-05-12, version 2013.1.2*

Very disappointing.
- Cannot make corrections
- Cannot have more than nine in a batting order
Would love the money back.

### 1/5 — Home Field

*2013-05-10, version 2013.1.2*

Not worth the price if you want a scorebook app. Keeps track of stats if that is what you want but, I deletes it the first day.

### 1/5 — update please?

*2013-04-27, version 2013.1.2*

seeing stats as promised would be nice...also, there needs to e a way to edit when you make a mistake...right now, it's not worth the $

### 2/5 — Please update this

*2023-05-18, version 2020.1.0*

It crashes with the newer iPhone iOS if I want to look at the pdf of the scoresheet. I haven’t used it since it started doing that and, going by the fact that it hasn’t been updated in two years, I’m betting there’s no option for pitch clock violations for balls and strikes.

I used it all the time before it started crashing on me and I would again if an update came around.

### 2/5 — Decent but needs work

*2019-03-02, version 2017.1.0*

Pros: Can add a tremendous number of players to teams so if you want to score a Spring Training MLB game or if a team just has a lot of players, this app can handle it. Can add various leagues so you can score your kid’s baseball game and an AL MLB game with the DH. You can also assign multiple home fields to teams if you want/need to. Pretty cool extras include Pat Venditte mode to accommodate the rare switch pitcher situation. Support is pretty responsive also which is uncommon.

Cons: Very buggy. I tend to set the lineups for MLB games when they come out 2-3 hours prior to game time and by the time it is time to start, players are just missing. This happens often. Lots of tediousness as well. Once the game starts, you can not view the batting order and the app uses an Undo button for correction however you can not go back to a certain point and make a correction so you have to hit Undo NUMEROUS times to correct. Also, it is overly complicated to handle classic NL double switches.

Overall, for a pay app, I expect more. There are some great features but it needs to be more user friendly and intuitive. Feels like work to use this app. Not a great replacement for a paper scorebook and overall does not make things easier to score digitally.

### 2/5 — Crashes mid game

*2018-05-15, version 2017.1.0*

I lost a game almost halfway through. App just closed on it’s own. When I tried to open up the game again it crashes app.

Also for whatever reason the app sometimes changes the name of the teams mid game and sometimes will subtract a run from the total score when I end the game.

Too buggy.

### 2/5 — Save your money. Don't buy.

*2016-06-11, version 2015.1.0*

Wanted to love this app, but it's failed me.

Problem 1: seems to be a battery hog. My power just drains with it.

Problem 2: no way to edit a previous hitter. You have to undo everything one by one, pitch by pitch.

Problem 3: once a lineup is set, you can't remove a player. I'm using this for little league and not every kid shows up.

Problem 4: you have to set a number of players at the league level, not more granular. The first time I tried to use it I adjusted the number of players when kids showed up late and the game I was scoring completely crashed and is unusable.

This has the potential to be a really good app, but not until fixes are made. The lack of editing alone makes this worthless in my opinion.

Will this be updated with new rules?

### 5/5 — Update

*2024-06-21, version 2020.1.0*

Any update coming? There hasn’t been one since 2020. Be nice to add clock violations among other new rules

### 5/5 — Great “Classic” Scorebook

*2023-04-27, version 2020.1.0*

This is by far my favorite scorebook/score keeping app. If you’re looking for a classic scorebook that’s easy to use, intuitive, and straightforward, then this is a great option. All of the other apps I’ve used are extremely convoluted and busy. This one is a SCOREBOOK ONLY which is exactly what I was looking for. The developer is great as well; responded to an email in less than 24 hours.

### 5/5 — An Added Dimension To The Game

*2022-04-23, version 2020.1.0*

I have used this app for 5 years plus, and it is the best.
When I’m at the park it it’s been a tool that turns heads.
I’ve had coached ask me pitch count and batter history.
No matter what level I’m scoring, I enjoy the game more by being a part of it and not just a fan!

### 5/5 — I enjoy this app

*2022-04-13, version 2020.1.0*

Easy to use and keeps me “in the game “.

### 5/5 — Love It!

*2021-10-22, version 2020.1.0*

Use it with Strat-O-Matic and it works perfectly for me!

### 5/5 — Excellent, easy to use!

*2021-10-20*

Love this app, helps me stay focused on the games whilst watching through the night here in the UK.
Easy to use, helpful responses from the staff, keep up the good work!
Let’s go Dodgers

### 5/5 — Great app, easy to use

*2021-04-25, version 2020.1.0*

I’ve been using this app for 4 or so years, just keeps getting better as the game continues. The support team is quick to respond if you ever face any problems. Used to always use my pencil and paper to score games, but now I don’t need them with the great scorecards this app creates.

### 5/5 — Love this App-Class A Support

*2018-04-24, version 2017.1.0*

I love how I can get a play by play log, box score and score card. These are handy files that I can share with the coach. Keeping track of pitchers and their tendencies is a nice feature showing total pitches, strikes and balls-Being able to list the type of pitch thrown would be a good addition. On the downside, if you’re in a league that limits the number of runs per inning then you have to end on a half inning and make some minor adjustments if the last batter hits a home run while the bases are loaded. The best part is how attentive support is and how quickly they respond to inquiries. I can hardly wait for the next update!
