There are many instances where the app crashes on the Apple Watch for no reason. Several times, I completed a workout, only to find it recorded as a 0-minute session in Apple Health. The app lacks a history feature and fails more often than it syncs properly. Thanks for your understanding and patience. – FitCoach Team ### 1/5 — Broke what used to be a great app *2024-11-23, version 10.1.0* When I first started using this app, I was able to customize my workouts by choosing exactly which days for each type of workout (I.e. cardio, strength, stretching), how many times a week and add or remove extra workouts. Now I am limited to only twice a week for each exercise, including low intensity like yoga and stretching. AND I can no longer choose which days I get to do them. WHY would you break a great app for no apparent reason?! It no longer meets my needs at this point and I have cancelled the subscription. ### 1/5 — Horrid business practice would be 0 if I could *2024-11-10, version 10.1.0* App is charging me via Apple Pay even though Apple Pay has no record of a subscription for this. Then your only option is to pay for the app which is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Is this a scam? *2024-10-22, version 10.1.0* I enrolled but over time forgot my password. In attempting to reset I used the website which recognized my email but informed to reset my password on the app. When trying to reset on the app I am told my password is not recognized. I've paid for the past 6 months and just notified that payment was made for another 3 months. Despite writing for support several times I've still had no contact. I'm beginning to suspect this app is a scam since it seems to me there is no customer service concern or care. As well as, the different workouts. Now, I no longer see the meal plans as an option and I’m unable to fully customize my workouts ! ### 5/5 — ‘The Best’ Fitness App Available *2025-04-08, version 10.1.0* First of all as a user for possibly 3 years now, I cannot understand the issues some people have reported - although certainly not saying they are not ‘genuine’. Customer service has always been totally on point via email when I have made enquiries. I don’t have any problem whatsoever paying the yearly one off payment of £58.99 every year for a brilliant App. What‼️… this is nothing compared to going to the gym. At something like 1.3 pence (UK) per day… Why state brilliant?! Because I can tailor almost anything to my needs - from (as I only just discovered) the equipment I can use for strength training, to a daily but ordered mix of fitness activities. It sorts them out automatically and it is extremely varied. Truth be told I have not been active for months over the winter but trying now to develop a habit every week. Well done FitCoach Team and for responding to - as I can see - most if not all concerns in the reviews. Keep it up. Btw.. before anyone says this is a fake review (ding dong) it isn’t.
