I love this girl!!! I’ve followed her on Instagram since a while and she is the best. Includes good music on the routines, she does all the exercises with you time included. She is just the best!!!

De todas las app que he usado para hacer deporte en casa, sin duda esta es la mejor, va directamente hacer ejercicios y no se enrolla intentando venderte algo, simplemente te enseña lo que ella hace, lo que come y como se cuida!!

I finally found a fabulous work out app that shows exercises beautifully.  I am glad to not have to hear the trainer talking about “crushing it” or “showing up”.  I did, however, mute the music.  Cant wait for tomorrow to do more.   Thank you!

Ich bin zufällig und glücklicherweise bei Instagram auf sportbyblondie gestolpert. Seitdem nicht mehr ein Tag ohne Training. Mein Körper hat sich so stark verändert. Einfach Wow. 
Es ist das beste Home -Workout, was ich je gefunden habe und vor allem das erste kostenlose. 
Super aufgebaut, für jeden geeignet. 
Ich habe jedesmal so Spaß dran und freue mich immer auf das nächste! 
Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

I follow her on insta and YouTube and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been because of these workouts. 
Would be great to see what workouts you have completed in the app, so I don’t have to remember.
