## What is Home Ice?

Home Ice turns a phone into an off-ice hockey coach. Prop it on the floor and it counts every stickhandling touch. Put it behind the shooter and it shows where each shot hit the net, and how fast it went.

FOR PLAYERS
• A drill ladder for every age, from Wide Dribbles to toe drags
• Stars on every 20-second turn, and new drills to unlock
• Shooting levels: on net, up high, all four corners
• Personal bests, streaks and a weekly picture to share

FOR PARENTS
• One tap to start; no hockey knowledge needed
• Practice reminders on the days you choose
• Progress that compares your kid with themselves

FOR COACHES
• Join links and QR codes for parents and other coaches
• A practice station: kids tap their name and go
• See who practiced at home, set a weekly challenge, nudge the team chat
• A team board that rewards effort, not just talent

FOR CLUBS
• Every team on one dashboard: practice sessions, hours, shots
• How much better the kids are getting, team by team
• Your club's colors and logo for every team and family
• A one-page report to share with your board

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads and no tracking. Families and coaches don't make accounts. Video never leaves the phone. Team data lives in the coach's iCloud, and a club sees team totals only, never kids' names.
