If. I could give a 10 for their customer service I would. I love this product and have the old version in android form only from before they sold that product and redid it in both apple and android. I was trying to move my whole database over to the new apple version and ran into a major problem. I love my old program but needed to move to the app,e platform. I have a large data base and was working with a spreadsheet transfer into a new account. It just wasn’t working but I reached out to them and I could not believe how helpful they were. They use email for support and I thought “oh no. This will take forever”. But they responded by the next day and we are half way around the world from each other. We had about 8 email exchanges before we got everything straightened out but they worked with me through each situation, some were my mistakes and some were platform specific problems but they were great. I have over 1000 items I’m my database and they are divided in multiple categories and multiple storage locations. And these guys stuck with me until I got it all over correctly. This was a real win for me because I use this program multiple times a day
