## What is Home Inventory?

RIVET is a free home inventory app that helps you remember what you have and where it is. No subscription. No paid upgrade. Use QR labels or start without them.

I'm Mike Martens, RIVET's founder. I built it because I got tired of knowing I had something but not knowing where I'd put it.

The Christmas decorations. The tool you bought last year. The camping gear packed away for winter. Find your stuff without opening every box.

WALKTHROUGH MODE
Point your camera at what you store and talk naturally. RIVET prepares an inventory draft from your walkthrough. Review it, correct the details and save what you want to keep.
- Capture with photos, video, voice notes or typed descriptions.
- Add the details you want to remember.
- Review the draft before it becomes your inventory.

KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS
Organize your home into places, containers and items. Keep track of a tote on a garage shelf, a drawer in a toolbox or a kit inside a camping bin.
- Scan a label to see what it holds.
- Search by an item's name or details.
- Ask RIVET in your own words: "Where is all the Christmas stuff?"
- Move or rename things as your home changes.

YOUR WHOLE HOME. ONE SYSTEM.
Invite your household to share one live inventory. Keep everyone working from the same information.
- Unlimited items and labels.
- Shared household access.
- Photos and notes alongside your belongings.

REMEMBER BEFORE YOU RUN OUT
Set use-by reminders for freezer and pantry items. Keep reorder information with consumables so you can remember what to buy again.

START FREE. CHOOSE YOUR LABELS.
You do not need to buy anything to use RIVET.
- Create locations and inventory without QR labels.
- Print your own labels from the app.
- Use compatible existing QR labels.
- Choose optional RIVET label kits, sold separately at rivetqr.com as one-time purchases.

Buying physical labels does not unlock app features. The app has no subscription, paid upgrade or in-app purchases.

Built for real homes: storage totes, tools, sports equipment, seasonal decorations, camping gear, electronics and freezer inventory.
