## What is Home Live Agent?

Welcome Home!

Home Agent is the companion app for agents on home.live and is the world's first split-second delayed broadcasting tool for agents.

Home is all about helping agents build engagement with buyers & renters by broadcasting real-time, interactive property tours, market updates or auctions right from your iOS device to home seekers across the World.

Schedule and promote broadcasts, just like an open house or scheduled auction, to give people a unique way to experience and fall in love with properties they might have otherwise missed. 

Or fire up the Home Agent app whenever you like and invite contacts to an impromptu broadcast, including private livestreamed inspections - perfect when you have a specific buyer in mind for a property and can give them a sense of it before they visit in person.

Broadcast your stream it to all your audiences at once – from your website, your social channels, portal listings and Home Live’s websites, with all the resulting leads automatically sent directly to your CRM and vendor reports.

Download lead details, watch and set the public visibility of your previous broadcasts, update your details and add property listings via http://agent.home.live
