App and subsequent customer service not good. *2026-05-18, version 4.1.2* I was gifted 3 vouchers from a friend. I used the first one on 6 May. I found the App not very user friendly. When you are looking at the different ‘add on’s’ it starts describing them and then when you try to expand to see what all the information says, it just takes you to a screen that tells you how to prepare for your treatment. After the first treatment I was sent an email asking me to do a review on Trustpilot. It then said once I submit my review, I would get a $20 credit to go towards my next booking. I always review Businesses and my experience, so this was not my motivation to do a review. I had decided before receiving that email that I would do one as I didn’t find the App user friendly. I described my experience and gave a 4 Star review. I received a phone call from someone that night discussing my concerns. About a week later I went in to book my next treatment and noticed there was no $20 credit in my account. I contacted customer service and I received an email which stated that I was not given the $20 credit because it is only given to ‘verified 5 Star reviews’. This was definitely not mentioned in the initial email. I have since gone back and forth with customer service. (I’ll just leave it there ). I have now gone in to book my next treatment with the same Therapist. I definitely saw her name and profile come up. I did look at different add one and treatments before deciding what I wanted. I’m not what happened but after hitting confirm, I have now been booked with another Therapist. It seems there are a lot of issues with the App. ### 4/5 — More control needed in selecting who receives booking requests. *2026-03-13, version 4.1.1* Needs to have more control on what providers receive booking offers. I would like to only allow providers that I have favorited to receive my booking requests and no one else unless I select “auto allow non-favorited to receive booking requests”. Without the auto push after a designated time that I can select if I have not had any of my favorited confirm then I would like a push notification informing me that none of my favorites have confirmed and ask me if I would I like to offer my booking request to other providers. ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2025-01-05, version 3.4.1* The payment page was glitchy and kept declining my payment, which went through successfully from another page. Also requested a lymphatic message and got 2 acceptances, both did not do lymphatic messages. I had to message specifically to ask if they did, then cancel the booking and book again. ### 3/5 — Crashes a lot lately and pricey *2024-12-06, version 3.4.1* This used to be an affordable service averaging $100-130 an hour for a massage now the average is $230… also it crashes all the time I can’t even message therapists anymore when they’re on their way and last time a therapist came over an hour late as the app told her to go to a suburb 30 minutes away ### 2/5 — Poor app experience *2024-07-13, version 3.4.1* As a first time user it took me 20 mins to make a massage booking. I was super surprised by how the price kept going up. It was more expensive based on the type of massage (not shown in app) then even more because it was apparently a busy time. Next, having chosen a recipient, it wanted me to enter the recipient again - 3 times. Finally a booking, and then when the masseuse didn’t respond, without my choice, another one was allocated and I was logged out of the app and needed to change my password. I think next time the local Asian place will be simpler. I could not even use the chat to speak to Blys. Pretty average for not so average prices. ### 3/5 — Edit payment details *2024-06-16, version 3.4.1* I can’t edit old payment details or remove them. Also add the option to allow early arrivals if the provider is done with a appointment sooner than expected. Also needs to be updated so we can inpor5 our appointment details into our personal calanders. I decided to write because Blys customer support is arrogant and terrible given the fact that I’ve been a customer since they first came out, and they didn’t even honour it. ### 3/5 — Need to be clearer on add ons *2023-10-26, version 3.2.0* Need to be clearer on add ons - I was trying to split the bill with friends and it was not straight forward enough until treatment was finished. ### 1/5 — Possibly the worst app experience I ever had. *2023-10-05, version 3.2.0* The first and only time I used this app - I selected female as the gender preference when booking a therapist. After a short while, a representative from Blys called me and said that there were no females available so they would send a male. I told them I would not like this. This representative then accusingly told me, ‘this is NOT a sensual service,’ in such a way that insinuated I was a pervert using the app for sexual purposes. I immediately cancelled and deleted the app. I thought it was atrocious that they would call me on the phone to speak to me that way - simply for utilising a preference option that they had implemented into their own service. This was some time ago now - but they keep emailing me with promotional material so I thought I should share my experience. ### 4/5 — Blys review *2023-08-27, version 3.1.0* The app works well. However, on the mobile phone, the option to use a gift certificate is a little deceptive, just hiding below the bottom of screen. The unwary can commit to a massage before applying their gift voucher. Junk. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service *2026-07-29, version 5.0.1* I found this app and was excited to be able a massage from home, my scotch was scheduled for 530 and then the person who originally was scheduled canceled and somebody else was scheduled at 7:30 2 hours later that did not work with my schedule so I canceled the massage and was told I would be charged a $15 fee, when in all actuality they charge me for the whole massage and their customers service is a joke. They do not answer and just keep repeating themselves over snd over do not use ### 1/5 — Left early from my moms appointment *2026-05-25, version 4.1.2* After contacting customer service because the provider left early I am now convinced they do not care if their clients are taken advantage of. I was originally told I would receive a refund, but I guess they changed their mind and said the session started early, news to me!
