Even when you phone them up you’ll be met with lies and time wasting, you may even get hung up on and left with no information after being nothing but friendly. I have just been waiting an hour for a cab ( was supposed to be half an hour for it to get me) then got a message from you saying it has been cancelled. When opening the app it asks me why DID I CANCEL? now i am an hour late from work thanks to you and still dont have a taxi to pick me up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! and i very much hope so no one else will and you go bankrupt soon. ### 1/5 — App is useless. Don’t get. *2021-12-04, version 2.16.0* Taxi booked through app, said it was a confirmed booking and took payment for the fixed fare. Taxi didn’t show. Called for alternative taxi. Didn’t show so was late for event. Awful app. Awful service. Will not use again. ### 1/5 — Hopeless *2021-09-27, version 2.13.0* Booked a taxi for my pals to be picked up outside Envi nightclub in Bathgate at 3am to be taken back to Edinburgh. Friends called me asking me if I knew where the taxi was and I had no idea because I said 3am. The taxi then tried to call me at 4:05am to say he had arrived. Well you were an hour late and my pals decided to stay at a friends place. Not good enough! ### 1/5 — Will never use again *2021-08-16, version 2.12.0* Last three times we have used this app to book a taxi they have either not showed or been late making us late for our engagement now deleted and will never use again. They blame Google maps but I’m not so sure. It used to be a great app ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-09-25, version 7.13.0* First company to come up when you search for Edinburgh taxis. Waits 20 minutes to cancel your booking because they won’t do the route. Now going to miss a show I paid £££ for because they took so damn long to decide they don’t wanna do the route and don’t have time to find another company. The app is far worse than the humans and they’re not great. Spending thousands on sponsoring a stadium but can’t put cars on the road. There’s time where I was desperate and really needed a taxi couldn’t book it on the app also tried calling but hardly ever comes as well. Would be great if it’s fixed by the way mine is iPhone my friends one is Samsung has no problem. There’s a problem withiPhone ### 1/5 — Don’t book with this company *2024-05-05, version 7.2.0* Don’t rely on this taxi company - booked an hour in advance to make our last train and it didn’t start looking for a driver until 5 minutes before our taxi was due to arrive, then cancelled on us. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2024-02-24, version 7.1.0* Pre booked a cab twice and they were both cancelled without any reason given. Gave up and went to central taxis where I booked a taxi no problem. ### 1/5 — Sham *2023-11-02, version 5.4.0* Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance. Money taken off my card. Not allocated a driver. Had to call off a number not registered to the app to enquire. Advised they were really busy and cannot allocate a driver to a booking. Making the booking pointless. Shift lost. Choose another company ### 1/5 — Rip off! *2023-10-08, version 5.3.0* been here a year and the price went up a pound, now with this new update the price went up another £4! That’s double the price.
