The games logic and framework were clearly built by someone who doesnt know very much about college baseball and doesnt really care to do so. Would not recommend this game ### 2/5 — It’s fine *2026-06-16* The game is good but recruiting is absolutely impossible as a small school and completely ruins any potential for fun that the game has. Any decent 2 star you are competing with larger schools and otherwise you are left with the worst players you have ever seen. Not fun ### 3/5 — Fantastic game with potential *2026-09-05* It has pretty much everything you want in a dynasty game but I don’t know if it’s just me but everytime I go to the offseason my game just crashes. And through every stage of the season it repeats,which takes 5 minutes to get though for something that should take no less than a minute. ### 3/5 — How to see opponents batting order? *2026-07-20* Well laid out, easy on the eyes, and stats seem to reflect what happens in game unlike a lot of these other apps. Could be 5 stars, but I can’t seem to find the opponents batting order in regards to lefty righty matchups when making a pitching change, which ruins the entire rest of the game immersion for me. Sent an email asking for help on the issue and no response for 5 days now. Can’t believe something as important as the opponents batting order is left out of gameplay. Maybe I’m just missing something. ### 3/5 — Needs Updates *2026-06-18* Hardwood Empire has actual school which is 100 times better than have one city with 3 different names. Very confusing with made up college names. Recruiting need massive updates. I had multiple commits but only show 1 commit at the end of the season. Scheduling non-conference games is bugged out too. Anytime you remove the 3 teams and try to add the non-conference games, the game only allows you to make changes to your rivalry. Even the rivalry only shows prestige and not overall too Game is hard to make Cinderella stories. The game is still fun once you get an understanding but lost interest when all my team is walk one because I can’t get any recruit commits to save **Developer response:** shoot me an email at empiresportsapps@gmail.com. I also just recently added more testers to the app and did some things to clean up the workflow and have been focusing on making it seamless and bug-free. I appreciate your patience and for you playing the app and all the kind words about it. ### 4/5 — Name issues *2026-06-17* When the new update fixes the god mode issues I’ll give it a 5 star until then disappointed a paid feature wasn’t even worked on or evaluated before the game was properly released…I could see if it was a free feature but no I paid money and it should work day 1 it partially works **Developer response:** Should be good now! ### 5/5 — Great Game, a few bugs to fix *2026-06-30* This game has been a blast so far. 5 stars for the game experience. One minor issue, after a few seasons the game tends to crash and after the tenth season the save file won’t load. Finn is amazing! ### 5/5 — Go to game in my free time *2026-06-16* I could go on for hours about how amazing this game is. It’s so refreshing to have a college baseball game that’s actually good. Being able to download real life teams is such an incredible feature and enhances every aspect of the game. Recruiting is actually pretty tough as a small school and winning takes some time and feels rewarding. And not to mention, but the game has only had ONE update. Give like a few more and it’s perfect.
