I am paying for a subscription but now that I am trying to access the app it’s not letting me view the camera cause it’s asking for a subscription. When I click “already have a subscription” it gives a bad http error. Please fix this

I know the person that had my identity she is a con artist on the review the last name is mason funny the person I have named as my hacker and then person that is scamming Medicare aarp frauding banks is a girl who used dead names . She was a person were leasing to since 2016 and she is using three dead name aliased confirmed by this app. I reported Michelle Willard who stated Stephanie mason was her sister and sand ra manning was her mom . Michelle is all three and now has Claudia Ramos please report I don’t have a single debit card and I have a sock puppet according to apple

Downloaded this app and installed it and followed the easy instructions. Couldn’t be easier. Now I have 2 iPads , one new one old, and an older iPhone connected to the app. This give me six cameras, front and back of devices, that all monitor for any motion and noise. If any detected it takes a video and saves it. I can always take a look at what’s going on at anytime and anywhere in the world, as long as you have a phone connection, on the iPhone I have with me.
It’s simple to use and gives me piece of mind.

Absolutely pointless piece of equipment. I can’t find anywhere in the menu where to connect to WiFi, it seems to have connected my phone as the camera - which is pretty useless if I want to monitor my house when I’m out and have my phone with me!  No facility to delete an installed device either. When I sent a question - I got an automated response in polish I think!!!  I will be deleting the app and accepting that I’ve just wasted £5.99 and I’ll be returning the base unit to Amazon and asking for a refund!

If I could give zero stars then I would!
