If you bought lorex security cameras this is not the app to control them. Lorex classic is what you need

The app had when opened didn’t work and presented with option to pay for subscription. Once I paid and realized that it’s not working anyway, I tried to find a phone number. However the link to Contact us opens some bogus website:((
