I am not even using this app and do not even know how to cancel and get the refund. So it’s ultra sensitive and I have one to look at my stoop as Iam in Harlem in a brown stone so I can watch my steps and who is ringing my bell although I do need a ring cam for my doorbell it’s facing outside my living room window and does the trick only thing u have to be watching and press record it does n ppl ot record automatically.so it can move up and down and left and right almost 360. It has no water damage and has been rained on accidentally as I have my living room camera outside my window.
