The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making even basic tasks feel tedious. After paying for detailed plans, I was unable to access them—despite multiple attempts. I contacted support and received no response. After spending over three hours trying to make the app work, I requested a refund. Again, silence. If you’re looking to design a bathroom, I strongly recommend Reece Australia’s Imagin3D planner. It’s free, far more user-friendly, and delivers professional results without the hassle. ### 1/5 — Matthew Stevens *2025-08-19* This is the worst app that has nothing to do with its advertised intent. I wanted to create a floor plan after it stated its ability to do so. It’s strictly an app that creates unrealistic transformations of one room. Terrible app. I asked for my money back ten minutes after many failed attempts. They wouldn’t refund me. I won’t stop leaving.
