Can only show you mock ups of products you don’t have, in fake rooms that look nothing like the one you have. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our AI model has been significantly improved: it now focuses on using your existing furniture, without adding new or unrealistic elements. You can also continue editing the same space by asking for additional changes to refine your design step by step. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making even basic tasks feel tedious. After paying for detailed plans, I was unable to access them—despite multiple attempts. I contacted support and received no response. After spending over three hours trying to make the app work, I requested a refund. Again, silence. If you’re looking to design a bathroom, I strongly recommend Reece Australia’s Imagin3D planner. It’s free, far more user-friendly, and delivers professional results without the hassle. ### 1/5 — Matthew Stevens *2025-08-19* This is the worst app that has nothing to do with its advertised intent. I wanted to create a floor plan after it stated its ability to do so. It’s strictly an app that creates unrealistic transformations of one room. Terrible app. I asked for my money back ten minutes after many failed attempts. They wouldn’t refund me. I won’t stop leaving.
