But I’ve run across a lot of glitches. And of course if you report it - to help them improve the game - they put it on you & try to make it out to be your fault instead of fixing the glitch. Right now it’s a special Christmas event. There’s a goal to make a certain number of a certain item for prizes. First one I made it said 1/10. It started going up each time I collected one - like it should. I went off the game and came back to see it back at 1/10. I made 5 more, surprised to see it STILL said 1/10. I tried going out of the game and back in thinking maybe it would update. No, same thing. I reported it but of course by the time they see it and respond the event might be over. I will report back if they actually fix it and/or give me the prizes I’m due. Never happened yet. Update: Sad to report this is what they said: Thank you for contacting us. The task is to "make and hand in (10) Festive Dinners". You need to make and keep the 10 and then hand them in to the task. I know exactly how to do it. I made them. I collected them. I kept them. You don’t hand them in on this type of goal. It counts them as you collect them. So this person didn’t even know what they were talking about. But the point here, besides that I was wasting my time and got nothing for it, is this is how they answer every time you have a problem. They never admit it was their problem and they never compensate you. It’s silly game stuff not real money. And they can check what you’ve done to verify it. So why don’t they correct it! I’ve played many other games where customer service will check, admit it, apologize, and give you what you earned. Their replies here are disrespectful because they keep blaming the players and acting like you’re stupid. I’m not a kid or an idiot.
