It’s taken me almost 10 minute to type out one sentence. And I have never been able to upload a video as it says error every time. It is so frustrating. It needs to be fixed asap ### 3/5 — Apple ID sign in *2025-03-20, version 1.4.9* So I created an account using Apple ID via the webpage then when I downloaded the app I signed in using Apple ID. However it hasn’t recognised the old Apple ID account so now I have 2 Apple ID accounts that won’t let me sign in to. Keeps coming up with error message. I deleted the most recent Apple ID account on my iPhone but every time I try to sign in it just creates a new one then I’m back to square one with 2 accounts I can’t get into 😩 scared I’m going to loose all my progress, reviews, points and products. Any advice. Please help. I can’t navigate it more than a few seconds before it crashes and freezes up my phone. I’ve lost all future tasks because of this. I cannot access anything to submit my completed tasks. And I’ve had no communication at all from the support team. Over the past year it’s become pointless. Receive no product tests anymore and can’t ask or answer product questions. But I will continue to use the website. The app keeps freezing and it slows down my phone and freezes my phone to the point I can’t even use my phone.
