I’ve changed the settings and still no luck with it. Battery does last a week or longer. Now I’m dealing with it saying “offline” without any additional information. Frustrating I must say. ### 2/5 — Tracker does not work well *2026-06-10, version 8.6.6* It’s continuously panning to a stationary plant that does not move and a jacket. They suggested to transfer to this app. I have 3 cameras using this app and I constantly get the message “Loading the Server”. Sometimes I get the message that the Wi-Fi is poor quality or some other type of message. When I go to the camera and check the signal strength it is always excellent. Seems decent online but it doesn’t work half the time without me logging into the app and forcing it to connect to the internet. Lag, infrequent or no notification. Cameras go offline constantly. Cloud footage hit or miss. Motion detection decides on its own when it wants to detect. Generic settings-limited customization to enhance basic features a security camera should have. Despite having excellent WiFi coverage and running speed tests that show no issues, the app consistently struggles to connect. The cameras frequently show as offline even when they’re clearly connected. Cloud recording is also hit or miss—sometimes it saves, other times it just doesn’t. Given my strong internet setup, it seems like the app itself isn’t reliable. Needs some serious updates to improve stability. ### 2/5 — Hit and miss. *2025-06-01* Been over a year with this. The cameras either pick up every single movement or nothing at all. They’ll set of over 100 times if the bush moves but it won’t pick up a delivery from the driveway to the front door (4 cameras). God forbid you want to add a second person because if they log in, it logs the other user out. Deleting video? Check back a few hours later and it’s still there. I wish I could still get a refund for these. ### 2/5 — Not To Happy *2025-05-11* Had my cameras for almost a year and I’ve tried numerous to go in and look at all the events when they happen for recording one recording the very last one so if something happens and you need to look at the other events you cannot I’m thinking of switching to a better company that allows you to look at event so you know if something has happened to your home I bought these for security reason ### 1/5 — Bug *2025-05-07, version 8.4.8* The app doesnt work properly it has a bug, customer services admitted. Shared user lose access every other day and cant access the camera ### 1/5 — First review *2025-04-12, version 8.4.7* Got my email address scammed by this app. Passwords were taken hostage. Using my alias to ping info about my house and where I am for illicit purposes. I got solicitors I never wanted showing up cause they felt safer around the property than I did. ### 3/5 — Fickle *2025-04-10* I love these cameras. I have three of them now however one of them tends to miss a lot of things like deliveries or people walking up to my front door they can drive right in front of the camera or walk in front of it and I will not get a notification. Yet the one in the backyard will not notify me every time a bird flies by! I have tried to reset it multiple times I just cannot figure it out. It gives me notifications when it wants to. Got a replacement. Now, one camera seems to be okay, but the other camera’s battery drains at a much faster rate than the other one. It can go down my 10% in half an hour. This is not good. I won’t be buying Virtavo again.
