Sachez qu’il faut 1 concentrateur Apple type Apple TV ou autres pour utiliser l’app hors du réseau Wifi de son logement. Ce point n’est pas précisé dans le descriptif de présentation. Comme l’application est incontournable, je vais en acheter 1 J’aimerais aussi savoir comment ou s’il y a une solution pour piloter les volets de toit VELUX ainsi que les prises SOMFY 1ère génération (RTS) ? **Developer response:** Merci pour ce retour très complet. L’accès hors du Wi-Fi exige effectivement un concentrateur Maison Apple (HomePod ou Apple TV) : c’est une règle HomeKit, mais elle mérite d’être mieux précisée. Home Widget pilote ce qui apparaît déjà dans l’app Maison ; les équipements VELUX ou SOMFY RTS doivent donc y être exposés via un pont compatible HomeKit/Matter. However this feature never really worked and I always had to click to refresh it. Really unfortunate as otherwise I would have loved the app. **Developer response:** Thank you, and sorry the feature you subscribed for didn’t meet expectations. The selected interval is a refresh request to iOS, not a guaranteed timer: WidgetKit ultimately decides when background updates run. Still, manual refresh should not feel like the only reliable option. Das sollte direkt im Widget passieren. Ansonsten ist ein Widget obsolet. Ziemlich blöde gemacht. Ich probiere noch ein wenig herum. Aber ich denke die ganze Kiste ist überflüssiger App-Schrott! Ich hbe auch keinen Bock oder die Zeit, stundenlang heraus zu finden, wie ich was am besten einstelle. Unübersichtlich. Ich möchte einfach nur ein Widget auf dem Homescreen, mit diversen Schaltflächen für Räume, Szenen an/aus, Gute Nacht (alles aus), Guten Morgen (diverses Zubehör an) - da habe ich mir wohl die falsche App ausgesucht. Seis drum. So ist dies App und die Widgets überflüssig. Daumen runter! Ist das Abo wert! ### 2/5 — Bugs have made this unusable *2023-12-22* I bought the lifetime license for this because I thought it was very helpful but recently my premade widgets have been becoming unresponsive as a majority of the buttons that have been associated with certain devices have lost that association all at once. Mais malheureusement.. après avoir pris l’abonnement annuel et passé plusieurs heures à faire les configurations, explorer l’appli etc… je dois dire que c’est pas au point. Les widgets interactifs ne marchent pas si l’appli tourne en fond, je dois cliquer 3 voir 4 fois avant de pouvoir lancer une scène. Des fois les widgets ne marchent juste pas. Bref un achat dont je suis déçus surtout que j’ai envoyé un mail il y a un mois pour signaler mon problème et je suis sans retours. Clement.marty@vision-apps.com ### 3/5 — Garage Doors Not Updating Status *2023-11-23* Although this is a great concept, the widgets don’t seem to update in real time unless controlled directly from the widget. My main use case is to have a 3 panel widget showing both of our garage door and our house lock. When the house is secure, they are grey and when anything is open or unlocked they are highlighted. This works fine if you control the devices from the widget directly. However, if they are manually changed or changed via Siri/homekit directly the widget doesn’t show the status change for a very long time. This negates the usefulness of the app. If I’m doing something wrong please let me know. Finally, I really don’t understand the backgrounds concept. The setup and functionality is quite confusing and I still don’t understand it. **Developer response:** Hi Ezrabud, As you mentioned, when you manually changed device state via Siri/homekit directly the widget doesn’t show the status immediately but it should be update within the next 20 minutes or when using any other widget action. If you need immediate device states refresh, you can also add a manual refresh button. I am sorry for that limitation but it's an Apple limitation. Now the panels do not refresh automatically after the configured time period elapses (I paid for the full version). There is no manual refresh button on the panels like there used to be. Only way to refresh is open the app (defies the purpose of interactive widgets) or toggle one button to cause a refresh of all others. This was amazing, until it wasn’t easy to see the current state of the devices monitored. I’ve checked all settings. Privacy. Background app refresh, etc etc. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled. Any ideas?? **Developer response:** Hi Mirthly, Manual refresh button should still be present as we didn't change anything on this feature. If you prefer the way it was working before you can still disable the 3 "Interactive Widgets" option from the app settings to stick with previous behavior. Zeigt deswegen immer falsche Zustände an. Habe jetzt mal den Support angeschrieben ob da was zurück kommt Mal sehen. Seit 4 Monaten keine Updates ist auch ungewöhnlich, soll aber erst mal nix heißen. **Developer response:** Es tut mir leid, dass Sie so lange auf eine Antwort warten mussten. Version 1.10.0 steht kurz vor der Veröffentlichung. Apple erlaubt Drittanbieter-Widgets keine sofortige Aktualisierung nach jeder HomeKit-Änderung, aber mit der empfohlenen Standardeinstellung sollte die Aktualisierung normalerweise zuverlässig funktionieren. Ein Tippen auf einen beliebigen Sensor oder eine Aktion lädt jederzeit frische HomeKit-Daten. After paying for a lifetime license and got the settings unlocked I find out the widgets are refreshed by time interval instead of immediately based on when a state of a switch changes other than from this app. Totally useless for my needs and I wished I would have read the reviews prior to dishing out my money. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work? *2023-07-29* Doesn’t save widgets. Created widgets (followed instructions in app), but when exiting app and attempting to add the widget to home screen, nothing is there. Then when going back into the app, the previously made widget is gone 🤷‍♂️. Hello tiagift, Sadly, Apple do not expose it’s own devices (HomePod, Apple TV, etc) as HomeKit devices to third apps. Widgets occasionally become unresponsive but for me it’s always an issue with my Z-Wave or Ikea integration and it needs a reboot for HomeKit and this widget to see it again.
