Not sure if it was just my phone type (iPhone) or if a problem with the app but once the app was downloaded, none of the workouts were available except the paid to unlock workouts. If you’re looking for a free workout app, there are better.

I’ve installed and deleted and reinstalled this 4 times. I get to the main page with the man showing the areas to concentrate on and no matter what I press, I get nothing. I’ve tried it all and nothing changes the page. Activated an exercise. Nothing.

It may be a good paid app, but the body of exercises on the front won’t work and the exercise plans are only for paid subscribers. So be forewarned this is not a free app. That’s fine as companies need to make money from their products, but be aware this is a paid app for it to be useful

I downloaded this app so I could get a quick workout in at home. I have been using for the last week or so and it has been really helpful. I like favoriting videos of exercises I use a lot so I can find the videos quickly later! Thanks for making this app free!
