it was so such better before the “ ran out of energy! “ update. 100% wasn’t needed, i shouldn’t have to pay just to workout at home. now i have to watch ads in the middle of the workout. 0/10. ruined the app.

i’ve been trying to get into working out using youtube videos and such and discovered this app from an ad. my most favorite thing is the fact when it motivates you you can set the setting as aggressive which always motivates me. i do like how it follows along and you have some programs to join as well. i do hope in the future that dance, more yoga, extra excercises to do, and more programs will be added here so we would have more to try. i highly recommend this app. it also contains reflections, steps, and if you want you could also include your daily food intake so it can track it. totally optional. i’m already finished with one of the programs which is to grow your glutes and i’ve seen HUGE progress. i can’t stress enough how much i  highly recommend this app and i can’t wait to see more updates and add ons to this app :) thanks to this app i actually like exercising and i actually stayed consistent

I’ve never really exercised before because I never had the motivation or proper direction. Luvu is different…you set your camera up so you and the Luvu marshmallow trainer can see you and it goes with your movements, coaching you as you go. Like I definitely feel dopamine and serotonin boosting in my brain and my little Luvu trainer is really cool rooting me on the whole time making me push harder. I love the chat and that you can personalize Luvus personality. I chose unhinged best friend with profanity and let me Telly oh Luvu keeps it real. I love it. Best $50 (for a year)

It’s a cool app, especially being able to make the AI a bully however they want you to pay for an app you can’t even try out because it’s stuck behind a paywall. STOP SUBSCRIPTION CULTURE!
