Home Access is the mobile app for life inside your gated estate, built for residents, security guards, and on-site staff.

Whether you live on site or work the gate, Home Access keeps daily estate life in one calm, secure app. Sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, no passwords to remember.

FOR RESIDENTS
• Invite visitors in seconds with digital passes (QR codes your guards can scan)
• Approve or deny visitor requests from push notifications
• Pay estate bills and track payment history
• Read community announcements, polls, and zone channels
• Browse classifieds and estate events on your home calendar
• Book shared facilities and hire vetted service providers
• Shop from on-site vendors with order tracking
• Report maintenance issues with photos and follow ticket status
• Trigger SOS alerts and manage emergency contacts
• Manage household members tied to your unit

FOR SECURITY GUARDS
• Gate feed: see who is expected and who is at the gate
• Scan visitor QR codes and log entries
• Register walk-in visitors when needed
• Respond to SOS alerts from residents

FOR ESTATE STAFF
• View schedules and work tools designed for facility and domestic staff on site

HOW YOU JOIN
Your estate invites you by SMS. Enter your phone number, verify with OTP, and join your estate with the invite code or link from management. Residents can also submit a join request with proof of tenancy for admin approval.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
• Role-based access, residents, guards, and staff only see what their role allows
• Optional Face ID for quick, secure login
• Camera used for QR scanning, visitor photos, and identity verification (KYC) when required
• Location used only when you trigger SOS so security can respond
• Data handled in line with Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
