### 2/5 — Stealing funds

*2026-08-12, version 1.31.0*

Horrible communication steal money.. Lock out took from funds but not from client and not reviewing the proper notes

### 3/5 — Amazing business

*2026-08-12, version 1.31.0*

I just need more jobs in the p.m

### 3/5 — Know what you want & how to move.

*2026-08-07, version 1.31.0*

I think the way this operates is it prioritizes people who do not want to grow.

From a business perspective this makes sense.

If you’re a hustler chances are the algo will see you as a threat. And like any perceived threat you will be taken out.

Therefore I think there can be a bridge where a long term relationship can exist however I’m still thinking about what that could look like as everyone does not have integrity.

Nevertheless, I believe a lot of the people having a hard time may be experiencing it because of the way the algo is set up.

I think this company is fairly new however they are steady and growing, I think there is a possibility for this to change over time.

Unfortunately I was not valued or respected and had to walk away.

I hope they are able to change and make accommodations to sustain their best within their ecosystem

### 2/5 — Was this app vibe coded with AI???

*2026-08-04, version 1.31.0*

Oh lord where do I start… I wish I could submit screenshots but I’ll just copy and paste my email response back to support.

Of course, obviously I know that background checks take time (and clearly this is an automated email message because that’s not at all the problem).

You are saying “I’m not able to accept jobs” until the background check goes through —except that’s the problem: your app DID allow me to 1) see available jobs, 2) claim an available job, 3) sent me to a landing page saying “Congratulations on claiming [jobs] at [time & date] more details will be sent shortly” (see attached screenshot)

Your app should not allow people to accept requests if their profile is not approved yet. This was incredibly confusing and could’ve been easily avoided by designing the app in such a way that the dashboard is not usable if my account is not approved. I “claimed” a job, received notice that I claimed it, and then received no further updates or notice on it at all.

Across the app, there are different mentions for estimated time it would take for the background check to be completed. On the my approved request page, it was saying “in 30 minutes.” In my professional experience, there’s never been a background check that’s taken only 30 minutes, and certainly not with a company whose customer support has a more than ideal response time. Regardless, I’m unsure of why this is the case if the other places in the app say around 5 days and you’re now telling me 2 weeks. Consistency in information given is key if you don’t want to lose customers and contracted workers.

Additionally, I was given notice that if I didn’t submit pictures of cleaning supplies within 3 days my account would be deactivated. I was given that notice exactly ONCE in small font at the very bottom of the page, when setting up my account. And then once I left that page, I received no notice of this “to do” action. There was nowhere on my profile that notified me that I still had to complete this action, and nowhere where I could submit these photos to update my account (which would make the most amount of sense), it wasn't until I went to the contact support page that suddenly there was a random pop up to finally submit these photos to quality control. What? Why wouldn’t this just be a little notice on my “account” profile page where I could upload the photos? Who designed this app?

Respectfully, this app seems “vibe-coded” with AI and it’s not functional or intuitive for human use in the slightest… I highly encourage you to contact your app developers and see if you can redesign a few functions of this app, as they are incredibly anti-ergonomic.

### 2/5 — Let down, disappointed and sadly …disrespected

*2026-08-02, version 1.31.0*

You’ll get a lot of work if you work below the market value and are willing to do more work for less. If you’re into being taken advantage of, this is the place for you!

Homeaglow doesn’t value its workers.

The moment you try to get paid for your worth Homeaglow will sabotage you in every way possible for example, they’ll remove your regulars, send you leads only on times you’re already scheduled, just to mention a few etc. all this despite my consistency and upholding a 4.9 average.

Furthermore, dealing with Emma from the support team is horrid, my best experiences were with Carlo, and some others on the team. honestly anyone who wasn’t Emma. I’m not sure if it’s an ai support team but either way, working with Emma was difficult because no matter how clear and straight forward she just didn’t understand until like the 3rd time I clarified something. She’s also very antagonistic.

Tbh I wanted to grow here, but it’s not possible without the support and the team misperceiving and intentionally misunderstanding me all the time and in turn also sabotaging me.

I hope they can improve.

### 2/5 — This app is terrible

*2026-07-28, version 1.31.0*

The app is the worst I have downloaded on my phone. I have a lot of apps. Whoever created this app needs to be fired. My password isnt working and when I go to change my password the link doesn’t work. Nothing works on this app. You have to go the website. Which makes the app useless

### 4/5 — App

*2026-07-27, version 1.31.0*

The app isn’t working well, as I need to read and review the agreement

### 2/5 — Push Notifications

*2026-07-25, version 1.31.0*

The app doesn’t push notifications to me. I only know about available giga when I check my email, and by that time, they’ve been claimed. I’ve updated my phone, the app, been in settings and made sure even Siri announces Homeaglow notifications and I still don’t get them.

Edit** Homeaglow messaged me and I get that as a push notification but not claimable jobs… they gave advice that I’ve already used. I have installed, reinstalled, logged out, logged back in, updated my phone, turned notifications off, turned notifications on. I have submitted a review on the App Store and I have spoken with support… and everyone gives the same answers that do not work. The support team is telling me to check my dashboard every so often but I will not doing that. I get the notifications as an email and nothing else. It isn't my phone, it isn't my notifications and I'm not looking at this app all day as I do hair, work a regular 9-5 and work on cars when I'm not cleaning houses. If they pop up like they should, I'II consider accepting them.
Until then, I'm not checking any emails or cruising the app every couple minutes looking for work.

### 1/5 — Review from an unpaid cleaner

*2026-07-24, version 1.31.0*

I used to love this platform to source cleaning jobs. However, it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still unpaid for the work that I’ve done. Python error completely blocks contractor payouts, support is not responding.

### 1/5 — It’s not letting me use the app

*2026-07-23, version 1.31.0*

I’m not understanding I’ve deleted and re downloaded like 10 times and it won’t let me into my account

### 1/5 — Pick and chooses

*2026-07-22, version 1.31.0*

I have been with Homeglow I have good and bad to say the bad they pick and choose who to send jobs the communication has gotten better and the pay is mot good at all however it has helped me build clients for my business as well

### 3/5 — Getting paid

*2026-07-21, version 1.31.0*

My very first job I wasn’t able to get paid instantly. I rely on that money for gas and supplies. Very inconvenient!

### 1/5 — Push Notifications

*2026-07-21, version 1.31.0*

The app doesn’t push notifications to me. I only know about available giga when I check my email, and by that time, they’ve been claimed. I’ve updated my phone, the app, been in settings and made sure even Siri announces Homeaglow notifications and I still don’t get them.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t really help cleaners

*2026-07-17, version 1.31.0*

Started this about two months ago at first it was good. You do get jobs. Quick jobs but if for some reason you cannot access clients home you do get a lockout fee for clients get to rate you and they always reach you one store because they don’t get their house clean when they are the reason that you cannot access the home. They will deactivate your account if you get less than 4.7 stars, even though it says 4.0 stars. If you do this work, just be careful with not being able to access clients homes!

### 1/5 — This app is very helpful but the people are very weird

*2026-08-12, version 1.31.0*

### 1/5 — Terrible experiences

*2026-08-01, version 1.31.0*

The $19 advertise promotion was extremely misleading! After you sign up your locked in for a six month commitment at $70 a month. Both times I hired cleaners they showed up an hour late. They were scheduled to work four hours and only stayed two. I also feel like they were under the influence of something. One of them didn’t even have a vacuum cleaner or tools. I had to provide that for them and my home was left not even clean. There’s nobody in Customer Service to get in touch with. I will never be using this company again

### 1/5 — I work for them

*2026-07-31, version 1.31.0*

This company is a joke one minute you get all these jobs the next minute they don’t want to give you any jobs to claim. And when you make a mistake they take everything from you this company is a joke
