You only get one tow a year anything over a certain mileage you have to pay. Do not get app thank you for you time ### 1/5 — Regarding Tow *2019-09-29, version 1.0.5* This Company are liars and scammers They don’t uphold there end on delivering services that you pay for There’s so much miscommunication between them and Allied Dispatch Company I called after my car broke down on the bridge in Pittsburgh it took them 1 and a half to try to attempt to tow my car I called 9/9/19 at 1:22 pm to report my car broke down and when the next day arrived no one towed my car the police ended up towing my car and impounded it I had to pay $245 to get my car towed to my home I canceled my membership with this Rip-off Company and became a AAA membership for only $77 dollars for a year 4 free rows up to 100 miles and I called them to tow my car and they came before The Time they were expected to I Canceled my membership with Auto Plus on 9/10/19 I’m still waiting on my refund for the $499.95 I paid and I also reported this company to The BBB and shared my story on Facebook and Instagram SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY GO TO AAA ### 1/5 — Garbage *2019-08-28, version 1.0.5* Make an account, register it through email. Garbage app!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst roadside assistance app ever *2025-08-12, version 25.08.04* This is just beyond the worst company ever they will have you waiting forever for roadside assistance I canceled my membership. I would never use this company again. I will be starting a Facebook group about how bad this company is. If you guys are looking for a good roadside assistance. Use AAA you would not be disappointed. ### 1/5 — Horrible plan! Never recommend. *2024-04-12, version 24.04.03* I have this service from my job and used it twice, every single time I’ve used it there has always been an issue. People are rude on the phone and they have hidden charges that should be covered. Like “unlimited road side gas assistance” but you still have to pay for gas... I ordered a gas service at 6:30pm they didn’t get to me until 8:30pm and then when they got there said I had to pay. Horrible horrible horrible. But y’all need a new website and app. My husband is a software developer and this is just … not good. Once I locked my keys in my car. Scheduled on the app, waited 45 minutes and no one showed. Called after an hour and a half, was on hold for 20 minutes. Machine said I would get a call back and I never did. Finally get ahold of the towing company and they told me they don’t even service my area or have anyone available. Was able to get my spare key in the two and a half hours I waited. Second time needed a tow, no one ever showed up. Get a call 4 hours later about a tow truck. Ridiculous! ### 1/5 — Worse Roadside assistance ever *2022-05-24, version 1.2.17* I don’t recommend this service. I called for roadside assistance at 4:28 pm. I was stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and I express that several times to the people on the phone and the tow truck company. 9:07 pm and the tow truck is just now picking my car up. The tow truck company clerk kept giving me false ETAs and I was still stranded! This is not the first time this has happened! Previously It happened to my son as well he called at 7:00 am and no one came at all. I called at 9:00 am and they canceled my service call without my knowledge. I am very upset due to the fact that your company refused to call a different tow company. The lady I talked to said that she would find another company and call me back but she never called back. I am not happy and someone has to fix the issues that this company has. This is unacceptable. Horrible service plan. Was told towing goes with person and not vehicle. All their claims for reimbursement for towing is a lie. Has had 3 separate claims denied for ridiculous reason. Don’t waste your money. This is a fake AAA I waited 4 hours to get picked up with kids in the car when my car broke down.. apart from this I had to pay a additional fee. All the representatives are some country folk that don’t know what they’re doing and will laugh on the phone. Just to be told that the emergency fuel I have to pay for, and the providers that are in my area won’t bring it to me. I have had 3 providers call me and then cancel because the company won’t pay them the service charge.
