It’s randomly logged me out several times. I’ve used several apps across different complexes I’ve lived in; this has been by far the worst experience so far. ### 3/5 — Still Horrible *2026-01-16, version 2025.03.27* Believe it or not, the quality of this app has deteriorated over the last year and it hasn’t even been updated since March of 2025. It’s still slow and crashes all the time, but now it can’t even control our thermostat. Additionally the support is generally useless. I rarely have the ability to actually log in on my first attempt and often have to reload the app, uninstall, or sign in.
