What is my loan officer going to care about a bug in an app he doesn’t develop, just uses as a third party? Wouldn’t I care more as a user? Why do I need to report a bug to my loan officer for them to then report it to their account manager to then report it to development team? **Developer response:** Hi Dhsveya. Homebot is working to implement a tool that will allow us to collect feedback directly from users (rather than requiring them to reach support through their sponsoring loan officer) while remaining in regulatory compliance in early 2025.
