I have a perfectly working install, nd this can’t connect. ### 1/5 — Not recommend for already installed Hb *2021-05-06* Already had an instance of homebridge running on a rpi3, tried to pair this app with it, setup seemed smooth but was never able to recognize the plugins, could not recognize that the hb service was running and kept turning off the service. Nothing worked. App finds all devices, add them to Home then they all within 2 minutes to unresponsive. Save your money and look for an app that doesn’t charge you to see if it works. But due to forcing lower version of key components it no longer installs a working build. The app will need an update to resolve this behavior but appears to be abandoned. ### 1/5 — Avoid until it’s updated. *2020-05-19* Don’t want to have a go at the developer, but I just spent 7 quid on this, and it doesn’t work. The idea is a good one, and it would have been worth the money if it did what it was supposed to, but it didn’t. Save your money, download the pre-configured Homebridge image from their web page, and manage your server via the Homebridge Config web interface that comes pre-installed on that image. Дня 2 разбирался как правильно устанавливать плагины и конфигурации устройств, вся конфигурация сохраняется даже при удалении приложения. ### 5/5 — Worth every penny *2019-10-23* I do t always take time to write reviews but your app made setting up my new Raspberry Pi 4 so much easier and less stressful. My only ask is that you put in a real progress bar or have the time count down when it’s copying files/setting up. However, I tried setting up an RPI W to use for Homebridge and just ran into a ton of issues—mostly related to error messages in the setup processes. It seems like every set of instructions had something wrong with no explanation. I even tried going the Docker route (which should be easier/simpler) for novices but simply could not get it working—I might be dumb... I was about to give up and saw this in the App Store. Decided to try it out and glad I did. The app just finished setting up my W and I’m about to try playing/installing plugins—directly from my iPhone! The English/instructions is a bit sloppy but don’t let that turn you off.
