## What is HomeCert AI?

HomeCert gives your home the one thing it has never had: a gold record. One verified, living history of every repair, receipt, and system - owned by you, and proof of care when it's time to fix, sell, or insure.

START WITH A WIN, NOT A FORM
Type your address and public records fill in the rest - your home's story starts pre-loaded, with points already on the board. You'll have a documented Home Score on day one, in about 60 seconds. Signup comes last.

A SCORE YOU CHECK LIKE CREDIT
The Home Score (0–100) climbs as you care for your home. One 2-minute win a day - snap a receipt, log a fix, tag an appliance - keeps your streak alive and your record growing.

SOMETHING NOT RIGHT? SNAP IT.
Point your camera at the problem and AI names the issue, the part, and the fair local price. Your first 5 diagnoses are free, then $0.99 each - or go unlimited with Plus.

FIX IT YOUR WAY
DIY? Step-by-step guidance is always free - safety is never paywalled. Want a pro? One tap sends your diagnosis, photos, and home history to top local pros as one exclusive, documented request. Real quotes, fair prices - and the finished job writes back to your record.

VERIFIED, NOT CLAIMED
Your record's fingerprints are anchored daily to a public ledger - fingerprints only, never your data. Anyone you choose can check that your Home Passport is real and unaltered. No wallets, no tokens.

SEE PROBLEMS COMING
HomeCert tracks the age and health of every major system and forecasts what's next - so a $180 service today beats an $8,000 emergency later.

IT TRAVELS WITH THE HOME
At closing, the full record hands off to the buyer, intact. Years of documented care become real value at sale.

Free to start. Plus is $4.99/month for unlimited diagnoses and the AI Home Agent.

One home. One gold record.
