## What is HOMECG+ Connect?

HOMECG+ Connect is designed to allow quick transfer of readings from your Hōm ECG+® remote monitoring device to your healthcare provider. The Hōm ECG+® uses a patented algorithm to analyze your ECG data and emit a red or green light, signifying the probability of atrial fibrillation (Afib). The Hōm ECG+® should be used for guidance only. Only an experienced healthcare professional can make a conclusive diagnosis of atrial fibrillation.
 
Capture an ECG on your Hōm ECG+® device and upload it to the HOMECG+ Connect app when the transfer is ready.
