Welcome to HomeCom Easy, an application being carefully developed with the help from our users to provide an amazing experience. 
With HomeCom Easy you can control your devices remotely in a simple and intuitive way. 
Supported Products:

•	Heat pumps and Boilers compatible with Connect-Key
•	Integrated Ventilation System: Vent 5001 C

Seit 8 Monaten verwende ich diese App zur Steuerung und Status Abfrage. Die App ist fast perfekt. 2 Punkte würde ich begrüssen.
1. die Möglichkeit, weitere Nutzer einzuladen (wie bei Ring DoorBell).
2. Die Regelung basiert bei mir nur auf dem Aussen Thermostat. Keine Zimmer Thermostate und keine individuelle Regelung der einzelnen 20 Heizkreise. Nach der Devise: was nicht dran ist, kann nicht kaputt gehen. Derzeit haben wir allerdings eine Situation mit bis 20° Unterschiede zwischen Tag und Nacht Temperaturen. Gemäß meiner Programmierung beginnt die Aufheizung des Pufferspeicher bei 16° Außentemperatur. Bei 10° Außentemperatur morgens um 7:00 Uhr wird auch der Fußboden aufgewärmt. Wenn es dann mittags 30° warm wird, schalte ich die Klimaanlage ein. Irgendwie widersinnig. Ideal wäre ein Link zur Wettervorhersage, idealerweise Weather Pro oder Kachelmann Wetter, und davon abhängig das aufheizen des Pufferspeichersunterbunden wird, wenn gewisse Temperaturen tagsüber erwartet werden. Wie bei meinem Segway Rasen Roboter, der nicht mäht, wenn Regen vorhergesagt wird oder schon eingetreten ist. Das würde zur weiteren Einsparung von Stromkosten führen.

Ich nutze die App seit 2 Jahren in Verbindung mit unserer Wärmepumpe. Während der Funktionsumfang am Anfang noch überschaubar war, sind nun sukzessive viele Informationen und Einstellmöglichkeiten hinzugekommen, sodass ich die App nun wirklich hilfreich und gut finde. Weiter so!

As an installer of Bosch climate units, and also installing in my own home i find the units excellent. However Bosch are a bit behind in terms of app features for the 3200i. The ability to switch silent mode on and off, view humidity level, outdoor temps and power usage would be a great addition, as Daikin and Mitsubishi offer this already. I feel Bosch are slightly behind because of this.

This app is terrible. I’ve got 4 units and a random will frequently disconnect. It’s annoying to reconnect them and reprogram them. Embarrassing how bad this app is. I’ve got a lot Bosch appliances and tools but this app has put me off ever getting any from Bosch again.

The wifi gateway dongles are so inconsistent. Always say the have lost connection, but says that the wifi signal is good?! 

Something needs sorting with this asap!

Solid app but missing some basic features that can be set with the remote, namely the ability to turn off the LED (which should happen automatically in sleep mode IMO)

Die App ist ganz nett, schlicht aber etwas kompliziert zu bedienen. Manche Einstellungen finden sich unter Geräte und andere unter der Heizung. Manches kann man in der App nicht konfigurieren oder nur Teilweise. Immer wieder läuft man in den Keller. Die heizkurve lässt sich in der App zB nicht justieren, wobei ausgerechnet diese extrem wichtig ist. Am Gerät ist die Einstellung so derbe vereinfacht, dass man zwischen 20+ und -14 nur raten kann welche vorlauftemperatur bei 0 grad gilt. Eine App könnte hier vieles besser darstellen. Mittlerweile benutze ich die App immer weniger und stattdessen vermisse ich eine Einbindung der WP über API in offene Systeme wie zB Home Assistant oder IObroker um dort zB die Taktzyklen im Vorbeigehen zu begutachten. Aber leider keine Chance. Gut ist, dass die App immer wieder neue Funktionen erhält und ganz langsam ausgebaut wird.
