Shame on them as the camera obviously still works, the operating systems change on phones all of the time and since the most recent Apple iOS update the app has had a hard time keeping up with the iOS system. I can’t get several cameras to reload. The other half is a dark grey colour. It seems to have happened after the iOS 16 update. Can you help please? The only thing I'm having trouble with is my SD card. I have a 64 GB micro SD card in the camera but it keeps saying that there is no SD card inserted. I have followed all instructions and it still won't work. I don't want to pay for a monthly subscription when I don't need to. I'm starting to think that they do this on purpose to force you to buy their subscription. ### 4/5 — Works Great! *2019-02-17* This product is amazing! Not sure why everyone is having problems?? Just read the instructions! And make sure you are one 2g! The voice mic sounds creepy but when put on two way it works fine. Now I can be at work and monitor my reptiles and make sure my heat lamp is ok! So happy now. And for only 20 bucks!!! Sweet ### 4/5 — Connect to a 2.4 ghz wireless network *2019-01-02* I bought this camera at Target for about $30 so I thought it was cheap enough to give it a shot. After getting home and not being able to make the camera connect to my wireless network I looked at some reviews on the App Store. I was having all of the problems everybody else reported having. After about an hour of trying everything I was finally able to make it connect. You have to make sure that your phone is connected to your regular wireless network and not a 5g connection! Your wireless modem usually has two options to connect to. By default it will always choose your 5g network. You have to go to your settings and choose your wireless network option that does not have the 5g written behind it. One problem is that I can’t stay signed in on more than one device. I use the app on my phone. If I use it on my iPad, I have to sign in. When I use my phone again, I have to sign in again. I don’t like the extra bother. Please fix the app so I can be signed in on multiple devices at the same time. My Wyze cam app stays signed in on all my devices.
