At a glance, you see whether your system at home or in the office is working smoothly. The Synco IC app provides you with user friendly operation of your HVAC system for Siemens controller families Synco™ 700, Sigmagyr®, Synco™ living und Albatros™.

The app establishes an encrypted connection to your plants. With your Synco IC login you can monitor and operate all your plants without any configuration. Seven languages are supported: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Czech.

Preconditions are a Synco webserver OZW772 or an LPB webserver OZW672 with firmware 5.2 or higher and an account for Synco IC.

Funguje na 4 kotelnách, jak má. Prodleva připojení ke kotelně závisí na kvalitě  připojení kotelny k síti.

Allgemein eine sehr gut organisierte und strukturierte App, allerdings fallen mir zwei Sachen negativ auf. Zum einen kann man immer nur 4 Regler anzeigen lassen, selbst wenn in der Anlage mehr verfügbar sind. Zum zweiten wäre die Möglichkeit, Alarme als Push-Message über die App zu bekommen ganz schön. Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden.

I cannot log in to my siemens-syncoic account. The credentials I use in the web application are not accepted. No possibility to open the application. No option for a forgotten password or similar. No contact with a help desk.

Po dnešní aktualizaci je aplikace zcela nefunkční. Nepřijme přihlašovací údaje a zablokuje uživatelsky účet. Heslo je pak potřeba resetovat přes PC. Udělejte s tím něco, protože do včerejška vše fungovalo
