Product pretty much useless to me without the remote. Second one works worse than the first...Don’t advertise that you have a Bluetooth controller unless it works! But right after that, it kept turning off. Then, it kept flipping the switch off on the app. I deleted it and now it says it can connect by Bluetooth!!! Exactly what I need when I get one of those irritating knots in my back!!! ### 5/5 — Works Great *2016-12-11, version 2.0.1* As soon as I download and opens the app it worked right away. I did not have to set up or try connecting anything, it connected automatically. It has 3 presets and the ability to easily create and save personal massages. ### 4/5 — Good *2018-09-06, version 3.1.0* Sometimes I’ve been having to restart the app to connect to the chair. I wish it had more preset options. App comes with only 3 preset massages. To me they seem complicated to custom design. The only issue I have with it is that it does allow me to do the Spot feature which is a bit disappointing but based on the price I paid for the app I can't complain too much, I suppose I can simply use the wired remote. iPhone 5s with iOS 10.3.1 ### 3/5 — Poor interface *2024-10-22, version 5.0.3* Dear developers, would be possible to change the font and background colors or at least change it to dark mode, because light blue and white fonts is difficult to read or distinguish the preset massage. A small review of the GUI will be greatly appreciated!! ### 3/5 — It works nothing special about it *2018-01-22, version 3.0.1* This app would be great if somehow your remote that came with the unit stopped working. Also the font is ridiculously small when you get to trying to customize your actual massage. Way too small way too late to read. If we are old enough to need a massager we are old enough to need glasses. They advertise on the box being able to customize your personal massage, but when you actually go into that section you can't start with one mode for so many minutes move to another mode for so many minutes on each different body parts. As soon as you add five minutes say to the neck in One Direction and then you want the next five in the other direction there's no way to do that on the program. It's one or the other. What I'd like to be able to do was use the remote that came with it go through my 15 minute massage with the changes I make and save that data via the app. Then I would have my true customized massage. ### 2/5 — Not reliable *2020-01-03, version 4.1.1* I have had to download this app 3 times. Downloaded the app and as I’m seeing in the reviews the app only worked once. But once the app is closed out it will not re-sync to be usable. Wish the app would work. The “blue tooth” implementation is very inefficient and does not work on the iPhone if there are more than one Bluetooth device on!
