It’s really annoying. It has at times been as far as 1 1/2 mins behind video footage. As well as please improve mic quality. It use to give the option 15-60 secs ### 3/5 — A little buggy *2025-09-17, version 7.7* Works decently, sometimes after the SD gets full then you delete videos off it “Not Formatting” it doesn’t resume recording after you made space you have to reselect the settings you had to make it work again I’d say the biggest problem is the “Overheating” when this thing starts getting “HOT” from you watching/deleting stuff off the SD card from the app it starts, lagging, glitching and then becomes unresponsive, you have to unplug and cool it down for it to start working again….thats my only real complaint is device gets hot and doesn’t work. While trying to connect to an open Wi-Fi network for live view, the app prompts me to enter a password, even though the network has none, making it impossible to proceed. Additionally, the device needs to be re-added every time the app is closed, which is extremely inconvenient. At least it’s small. [Update]: I’ve also found that there is no way to connect it to a WiFi network that doesn’t have password (as some hotels are set up). It idiotically requires that the WiFi network has a password at least 8 characters long. So dumb! I recommend using an actual email address when signing up and be sure to check the spam folder as I’m sure your actual inbox will think it’s spam just as mine did. Setup was super quick and easy and it seems as though the previous poor reviews were from people who tried one time and then gave up. ### 5/5 — Going strong since 6 months *2025-07-02, version 7.4* I’ve been using this to monitor my pets remotely since 6 months and it has worked reliably on my WiFi to see live streaming on my phone while I’m in the office or outside shopping. I’m so relieved to know they are ok and I don’t get high anxiety when I have to leave them alone to go out. I have unplugged my device and moved it around to different rooms and it reconnects in a minute. I use it without an SD card.
