I love the HOMEFIT Training app. I can take my workouts on the go wherever I am. My trainer can build a custom program for me and adjust on the fly. I also enjoy the ability to create custom workouts around the equipment I have access too. Having a calendar is also helpful to keep my schedule on track. Highly recommend whether you want to hire a trainer or if you just want to build your own program.
