## What is HomeFlow Rep?

HomeFlow Rep is the field app for HomeFlow CRM, the platform home improvement contractors use to run sales, dispatch, production and payroll. It is for the sales reps, canvassers and runners of every company on the platform.

WHAT REPS DO IN THE APP
• See the appointments dispatch assigned to you, with customer details and directions
• Submit your availability for the day, then clock out when you are finished
• Update each lead after the visit
• Track your commissions and what has been collected on your jobs
• Approve subcontractor invoices waiting on you
• Start a customer's finance application from the lead and send the documents a lender asks for
• Send job pictures from the site when your company asks for them

LIVE ACTIVITY
Your next appointment on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: drive time, miles and arrival, kept current while you drive with the phone locked.

CANVASSERS AND RUNNERS
Canvassers log doors, book appointments from the field and see their earnings. Runners see the route assigned to them and close out each stop.

LOCATION
During your workday the app shares your location with your own company's dispatcher so the office can route a new job to the crew member closest to it and keep your drive time current. With your permission it keeps sharing in the background while you drive to an appointment. Sharing stops at the end of your workday, when you sign out, and whenever you turn the permission off. The app works without it; only the dispatch map, nearby-job routing and the Live Activity need it.

GETTING AN ACCOUNT
Your company's administrator creates your account in the HomeFlow web app. Nothing is sold inside the app.
