Mir wurde ein 6-monatiges Abonnement aktiviert, ohne dass ich dem bewusst zugestimmt habe. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht mehr rückgängig gemacht werden kann, was ich sehr ärgerlich finde. Leider hat mir die Plattform bei der Wohnungssuche überhaupt nicht geholfen – ich bin auf viele unseriöse Angebote gestoßen, und die Antwortzeiten des Supports waren viel zu lang. Bereits angezeigte Wohnungen erscheinen auf der Karte grau markiert. Im Feed kann man direkt die Adresse auf der Karte ansehen lassen oder die Bilder der Wohnungen durchscrollen. Kontaktieren ist auch einfach und der zuletzt genutzte Text ist automatisch verfügbar. Schon viele Besichtigungen bekommen in kurzer Zeit! One more step to oblige sellers to show prices and the APP would be perfect. No more PRICE ON REQUEST! At least , please make the sellers put their houses in price categories. If I only have 1.5 million Swiss Francs, I don’t need to contact the homes over 3 million. I can also imagine it is bothersome for the sellers to answer emails to buyers who are not in their category. **Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your positive feedback, we really appreciate it. Worst Experience Ever I signed up for HomeGate to find an apartment in Zurich, but it turned out to be the worst decision I’ve ever made. I enrolled for their premium profile and was charged the fee despite informing them that I didn’t want to continue the subscription. Canceling the subscription is an absolute nightmare. Their app is complicated, not user-friendly, and it seems like they’ve designed it this way on purpose. When I tried contacting their customer service for help, their response was dismissive, essentially telling me to figure it out myself. Even after deleting my account and profile, they continued sending me invoices. I’ve complained multiple times, but they’ve refused to take any accountability and keep bombarding me with emails and charges. This company lacks transparency, has terrible customer service, and appears to use shady tactics to trap users into unwanted subscriptions.
