It’s like everyone collectively decided that the customer is never right and somehow the majority became the minority. Im very happy with the resolve and i 100% whole heartedly believe that they earned those 5 stars. If you need to have service done at your home then homegnome is the way to go. I highly recommend them to friends ans family. ### 1/5 — Bad experience more than once *2026-07-23* I had an issue with a “pro” and HomeGnome charging me for both an initial quote and then the revised quote for the actual service. Customer service was not helpful at all. In a separate issue, “pros” kept cancelling my mowing service before showing up and I could’ve found my own consistent mowing service quicker and for cheaper. I chatted with customer service asking to cancel my services and when I went in to make sure my billing information was removed, I was no longer able to access my account. The whole thing felt scammy. I’d advise against using. ### 1/5 — Completely unreliable *2026-06-29* I scheduled lawn mowing service for every 2 weeks. By now I should have gotten the lawn mowed 4 times. But I am still waiting for someone to show up for my third mowing. Today was a no-show, no communication again. I can’t even cancel the service because they have a ‘3 mow’ minimum. Trying to call or chat has an impossibly long wait time. I give up! I do not recommend! ### 1/5 — Total scam *2026-06-12, version 6.253.0* Lied and ripped me off. I’ll be filing a complaint against this company and their strange deceitful business tactics. ### 4/5 — Terminated Service *2026-05-15* I had been happy with the service I received but cancelled after 2 weeks when I found another provider that was less expensive . I was billed the 3rd week for service I didn’t receive. When I called, the customer service person said they put the charge in after the service is done. No service was done. I had to call the credit card company to put in a dispute. Don’t use them. ### 1/5 — NOT RELIABLE & IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL *2026-03-19* Do not fall for this scam. They try to get you on a subscription schedule without delivering a service. You have to jump hoops to cancel it where they claim you need to get 3 mows that won’t even happen. This is NOT LEGALLY BINDING. Failure deliver service immediately cancels any obligations, it’s just a scam they use to scare you. ### 5/5 — Great service *2025-11-20* So far everything has gone great. I requested a service and a few days later a quality service was completed. No complaints here! ### 1/5 — Lawn mower *2025-10-07, version 6.220.0* This definitely is a scam they booked several dates that they would be here finally I got tried of their B/S cancel the service ### 1/5 — Beware! *2025-09-07* This “service” is a scam. No one ever comes despite the frequent automated messages that some one will come. After repeated broken promises and our yard growing wild for a month, I was able to find a local service that was happy to have the business. This outfit quotes a ridiculously low price and then makes it virtually impossible to get any confirmation. Their “Pros” aren’t. After six weeks a guy showed up with a push mower in the back of his car to mow our 1.5 acres. Nope! Please don’t fall for this. We’ve told their rep on the phone to remove us from their client list, but they are still sending almost daily messages. When you sign up they ask for three services. Since they never provided any service, I’ve told them they’ve broken the ‘contract’ yet they are still trying to pretend they are going to send a Pro out here. Beware!! ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-if you dontwant headache *2025-09-05* This company is nothing other than headache.
